PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

Your order will be handmade once you receive our acknowledgement.
Please, allow us 3 to 10 weeks to complete your order which is depending on design, production and stock.
When your order is ready to be shipped, we will notify you via e-mail.

AFTER-SALE CARE
Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
Adjustment, repair or cleaning of your IL by Isabelle Lenfant jewellery is part of our after-sale care. Please advise us first by email (aftersale@i-l.be). Once you’ve received our confirmation the items can be sent to our studio at your own expenses. (see article 14 –Terms and conditions of use )

FREE AFTER-SALE CARE POLICY
If the item you ordered does not fit, we will exchange it once for the right size and send it to you, with additional shipping costs. Subsequent size adjustments will be at your own cost.

GUARANTEE
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days as from the date you received it. The items must be returned in the original box with original packaging materials. They must be in the same condition as they were sent to you. As soon as the goods are received by us and checked, we will refund you the full purchase price, less shipping. (see article 9 - 11 and 12 of Terms and conditions of use )

IMPORTANT! You must first obtain a Return Authorization from “IL by Isabelle Lenfant” before returning the purchased item.
